Today is Easter and its Kenley first one to celebrate as well. Today was interesting to say the least...Steve and I headed to the ER and spent half of the beautiful Sunday afternoon there. Almost 2 weeks ago, I had a leep surgery to remove some pre-cancerous cells on my cervix. After the surgery, everything was fine at least I thought it was. Last night was horrible. I didn't sleep and when I did I woke up with blood everywhere...sorry about the details. So to keep a long story short before church I called the OB Dr. on call and he wanted me to come get checked out since I had lost a lot of blood. After church, Steve and I headed to Cookeville while Kenley stayed with Nana & Poppy and ate lunch with my family. Everything is fine now...thank goodness and a little over 3 hrs later we were back at my parents eating and had Easter with her. Its been a crazy day but I'm glad everything is okay.
Kenley had a great time Easter egg hunting. All she basically wanted to pick up was the shiny candy and the plastic eggs. The Easter bunny also came to visit her this morning and brought some fun stuff to play with and both of her Uncles had something special for her. We were really glad to be able to enjoy Kenley's first Easter. Here are some pics from her daycare egg hunt.
